5-Read the following passage, then answer the questions: (5 M)

Eat healthy food and have a healthy body. Now, we know that there is also healthy food for your brain. Eat healthy food and have a healthy mind. We all know how chocolate can change our mood. However, new research clearly shows the link between diet and mental health.

There has been a campaign to improve school meals. A head teacher of a school banned junk food and started serving healthy food. This research shows that the students' behaviour in class has been a lot better.They become calmer and they learn and concentrate more.

A mental health foundation (M.H.F.) has started a campaign' Feeding Minds' to publicise its own research. This research shows that our diets have changed a lot and the level of mental illness has increased, unhealthy diet can cause depression and insomnia.

So, what does this research suggest you to eat? To improve your memory, eat salmon. To improve your concentration, eat vegetables .To fight insomnia, eat nuts. If depression is a problem, eat brown rice.Whatever you do, use your brain and shop for your mental health.

A goal is something you want to achieve. First, decide what your goal is. For example, do you want to pass a test? Do you want to be a doctor? When you have decided on your goal, write it down on paper and look at it every day. Then decide what you must do to succeed.

Some people never reach their goal because they think it is impossible. But you must always believe that your goals are possible. Don't think, "This test is difficult. I'll probably fail". Instead, think, "This test is difficult, but I've worked hard and I will pass it".

Most people are successful at things they enjoy. So always try to enjoy your work. Keep looking at the goal you wrote on paper and think how happy you will be when you succeed. Think about that happiness while you are working and you will enjoy your work.

Ice cream is frozen sweet food made of milk or cream and sugar. The Chinese were the first people to invent ice cream in the fourth century BC. It is surprising that the amounts of ice cream eaten in cold European countries are more than those eaten in hot countries.

1. يسعى العالم جاهداً لاكتشاف علاج انفلونزا الخنازير.
